Hi, I'm Sofia, a design engineer with a degree in General
Engineering. I've applied my skills to address
human-centered and environmental challenges through
sustainability initiatives, service trips, and internships
spanning biomedical engineering and water-quality monitoring.
Currently, my work as a design engineer contributes to the
ongoing development and testing of industrial cutting
machines.

focus in cybersecurity and a lifelong dedication to
problem-solving. My background encompasses a spectrum of
technical disciplines, including web application development,
server management, and IoT integration, all approached with a
strong emphasis on human-computer interaction and real-world
usability.

Biology with an interest in conservation science. I've
worked in aviary care and completed a reforestation internship
in Ecuador, where I explored sustainable agriculture and
ecosystem restoration. I'm preparing to pursue graduate
studies in conservation biology, with a research focus on the
effects of climate change on species movement and habitat
connectivity.
